Our Vision
At EPI Valve Texas, LLC, we aim to deliver advanced valve solutions featuring the latest technologies in design, sealing, and coating systems—specifically engineered for geothermal wells and extreme high-temperature applications. Our focus is on enabling reliable performance under intense heat, high pressure, and corrosive conditions, ensuring long-term durability, operational safety, and efficiency in the most demanding geothermal environments.
We constantly monitor our key performance indicators regarding on time delivery, scrap rates, rework, and customer satisfaction. Our current customer satisfaction rate is 100%. This number is based on customer surveys sent with each order we ship.
The delivery will be carried out in strict accordance with the time stipulated in the contract. The management team has also implemented a stock strategy for critical items, as geothermal projects require a rapid response, particularly during the early phases of on-site drilling.
The company warrants that the goods to be supplied are brand new and unused, made of high quality materials and experienced workmanship, and conform in all respects to the quality, specification and performance requirements stipulated in the contract.
The company's warranty period for the products is 12 months from the comprehensive acceptance of the goods, during the warranty period, the implementation of three guarantees: repair, replacement, return.
